The Final Chapter: When The Cookie Crumbles.

On January 1, 2014, I started writing my first novel, Fortune Cookie. I previously never wanted to write a novel. I was just fine with poetry. Fortune Cookie took me almost exactly one year to write. Since it’s release in 2015, it has gone on to be my most successful book to date. Who knew that story would evolve into a trilogy of novels (No Cream in the Middle and the new book, When the Cookie Crumbles)?

In case you haven’t read the books, here’s a short synopsis of each one.

Fortune Cookie is about two sisters, Cookie and Chelsea, who have lived with their own private secret for 10 years. Fast forward to present day and their secret is out…..right before Cookie’s wedding. Their lives and everyone around them are instantly in jeopardy.

No Cream in the Middle is all about the aftermath of the secret being revealed. Cookie and Chelsea find themselves having to do some major rebuilding. However, their sisterly bond starts to splinter as Chelsea harbors her own dark secrets that not even Cookie is aware of.

When the Cookie Crumbles is the final chapter of the series. This time, the focus is on Cookie’s husband, Ken. He is previously referred to as the perfect catch, but he’s got a dirty secret of his own. Cookie is faced with a dilemma of sticking by her husband or letting go of the love of her life.

When the Cookie Crumbles is actually available now, for presale through April 14th. The official release date is April 15th. Karma has come to collect. Don’t miss out on this series and get your copy of the final chapter of Cookie’s saga HERE. Plus, get my new If These Thoughts Could Talk t-shirt (inspired by my book, Eleven: Things We Never Said) for a limited time bundle deal HERE, until April 14th as well.

For those that have already completed the series, let me know what you think! Although this is the end of this novel series, I am working on three other novels, including a collaborative work with author Akela Renae. Stay tuned!
