It’s easy to get caught up in the enticing wheel of social media. People posting accomplishments, new houses, new cars, new boos is the norm, right? Isn’t that what we’re all here for on the various platforms? True, but what about those valley moments no one sees? There is much more than meets the eye when it comes to social media.

Sometimes we can get so used to showcasing our highlight reels that we forget about our human issues. This rings especially true with men. Many guys grew up being told to always “be okay”, even when life has dealt cards far from that.
