Remember To Drink Your Noon Greens

Green health drinks often scare people away. True, they are not the most appealing types of drink to look at. However, I would not steer you all wrong when it comes to the taste department. I love finding healthy new drinks. I am no different than the next person who still wants a great taste though. This leads me to a new drink I tried last week from Suja. Their organic Noon Greens drink is freaking amazing. Brace yourselves. The ingredient list for this one is lengthy, but so necessary as part of a healthy diet.

The Suja Noon Greens 12 oz cold pressed drink contains juice from apples, celery, cucumber, kale, ginger, collard greens, lemon and spinach. Whew! I know, it’s literally a lot take in. Nonetheless, this drink has a cool refreshing taste that is perfect as the temperatures heat up for summer. The Suja Noon Greens drink is sweet, spicy (mainly from the ginger and lemon) and soothing. I love drinking it in the morning as part of my breakfast. Sure, that breakfast sandwich may taste good but this is the better way to go.

For those calorie watchers, one bottle only contains 100 calories. Plus, it’s a good source of Vitamin C which we all need to help keep the cold cooties away. Right now, they are on sale at Target for 2 for $5. This particular drink is touted as a one day renewal. Several other drinks can be combined with this one for a multi step renewal and cleanse.
